Excavation & Grading

Excavation and grading decide how a site drains, how it builds and what the rest of the job costs. Get them right and concrete, utilities and paving go in on schedule. Get them wrong and the problem shows up later as ponding, cracked slabs and rework.

We work from your plans, survey stakes or a walk of the site with you: stripping, bulk excavation, cut and fill, then rough and finish grading to the elevations you need. Our own equipment and operators do the work, so the schedule does not depend on a third party.

Hill Country ground often has limestone close to the surface. Where it does, we mill the rock in place into usable base instead of blasting it or hauling it away, which keeps a hard site moving.
